- Free on-site parking (limit of 6 vehicles per unit).
- Overflow parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- No overnight parking in overflow areas; towing begins at 10 PM.
- Vehicles parked on the street must face the direction of traffic (passenger side to curb).
- Do not block driveways, sidewalks, fire lanes, fire hydrants, mailboxes, or any access points.
- Parking is not permitted on grass, playgrounds, or landscaped areas.
- Double-parking or parking in a manner that creates a safety hazard is strictly prohibited.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, watercraft, or recreational vehicles are not permitted.
- Vehicles in disrepair or with expired registration may not be left in the street or common areas.
- VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF PARKING POLICY WILL BE TOWED AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.
• TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the plastic bench daily to keep the home clean.
• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.
Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to comply with house rules may result in additional cleaning or repair charges.
When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
6% Fee for any Cancellation to cover transactions costs. For a 50% refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest did not check in. Applicable processing fees and taxes will be retained and remitted.
This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.
