Please dispose of the trash in the dumpster daily to keep the home clean.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE SHOPPING & PACKAGE DELIVERY
Please note that USPS does not recognize vacation homes as standard residential addresses for mail delivery; packages will be returned to the sender.
To ensure successful delivery, please use alternative carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

Depending on the resort's policies:
Clubhouse Delivery: Packages may be routed to the resort clubhouse (additional fees may apply).
Delivery Restrictions: Some resorts may not accept packages on behalf of guests.

Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for any unexpected issues with your online purchases.

For a 50% refund of the deposit, cancellation must be made 30 days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in, otherwise no refund. This Rental Agreement is for the exclusive use of the Unit by Guest and his family, and the Unit may not be sublet or assigned to any third party without the express written approval of Master Vacation Homes. This Agreement is governed by and is enforceable under the laws of the State of Florida and for any action, venue is proper in the courts of Osceola County, Florida.

When Guest checks out of the Unit the Unit will be inspected by a member of the staff. If damage is found at the Unit, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file the cost to fix or replace the damaged part in case of non observance of the house rules or damages. Guest agrees that Guest’s credit card on file may be charged to cover any such damage.
